Payment has been received in
full. If payment has been made with a
personal check, transfer of registration papers will be held until the check
has cleared the bank unless other arraignments have been made. (List of alternative arraignments may be
documented on reverse side of this contract.

check is returned from the bank due to insufficient funds, purchaser will be
notified and will have 3 days to furnish replacement funds plus $25.00 service
fee or return the animal in its original condition. Failure to do so will result in legal
actions.
The kennel name of “Southpaw” shall
preceded and be included in the registered name of the dog and shall not be
removed or altered from the registration papers. If dog/bitch being sold has already been
registered with the AKC, the fees associated with transferring the registration
will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

registered, the fees associated with transferring the registration will be the

In
accordance with the terms of this agreement, purchaser will take this dog to a
licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 business hours for a health
check. Should the dog be determined to
be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller. The dog may,
upon presentation of a written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned
for a refund of purchase price or another dog of equal value. The choice of which is to be determined by
the seller.
In addition, if the dog should develop
a major communicable disease (I.E. Distemper, Leprospirosis, Hepatitis,
Parvovirus, Coronavirus) within ten days from the date of sale, the seller must
be notified immediately and will be provided instructions for a refund or
replacement as specified above. It is
the responsibility of the purchaser to follow the vaccine protocol that is
recommended by seller and stated on attached paperwork. Should purchaser fail to follow the
recommended protocol, seller relinquishes all guarantees stated in this
contract in regards to dog/bitch’s health.

Any veterinarian’s diagnosis shall be
subject to a confirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the seller. Should said veterinarian not concur with the
diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually
agreed upon by the seller and purchaser and associated veterinary expenses will
be the responsibility of buyer..
If dog is sold with a limited registration
status, it is required that the purchaser have the dog spade or neutered by the
time the dog reaches the age of six (6) months.
Upon delivered written proof from a licensed veterinarian, a refund of
$_______________________will be provided to the purchaser.
If
the dog is sold with a full registration status, seller may require a
co-ownership agreement. If a
co-ownership agreement is not negotiated, it is understood that the cost and
responsibility of raising a licensed breedable
dog/bitch is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If dog is of show quality, seller
retains the rights to contact purchaser for opportunities to show the dog at
upcoming confirmation / hunt trail / field trial events. Does purchaser agree to relinquish dog/bitch
to the care of seller for the purpose of competition events? Yes / No
Buyer agrees to never turn over said
dog to a rescue organization without first contacting seller. If, for whatever reason, buyer is unable to
continue to care for dog/bitch, buyer agrees to contact seller to arrainage for return of said dog.
